Staff very friendly and helpful, but for additional services ... remains poor. Internet traffic nightmare for an additional fee (13 euros / day). But for such a speed and 1 euro ashamed to claim! we liked the service readiness of staff at the reception. Free Internet. not like us Srandardzimmergröße (about 14qm) has no closet (only 4 compartments). Moreover, the hotel restaurant and the bar was closed eight days. Distance to next restaurant 10-15 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was already cleared half hour earlier, missing items were already about 1 hour refills not before. Then again reflects the value of the guest.	5

У нас с раздельными кроватями Наоборот к тому, что мы заказали и не было никакой возможности изменить это. Мы не получили какой-либо скидки на эту ошибку, говоря, что у нас уже был prefential курса. Разочарование отсутствие гибкости. Доброжелательный персонал и хороший завтрак	8

Очень чистые номера. Совсем номеров. Один из двух elavators не работала, когда я приехал, второй лифт сломал также один день, так что нет лифтов работали на всех (позднее приемной показал мне один Ламинир.паркет для работников фирма отеля, которые могут быть использованы). Чтобы спуститься с седьмого этажа мне пришлось использовать emergacny выхода, потому что я didnt знал, что есть еще один дополнительный лифт только для работников фирма отеля. Additinoaly один из двух выходов с лесными пожарами была заперта! хотя эвакуации путь вел к ней. Не все прием работников фирма говорили по-английски.	7
