After 18-hour check finally arrived at 23.30 at Hotel The Opal that was for over 2 months Reserved King Bed non-smoking rooms available. We got a room with queen bed at the same price (no, a reduction is not possible!) And windows onto Van Ness. The room was small, the bathroom even smaller - all in all, had each of the later booked motels (Motel 6, Best America, Travel Lodge) better value for money. The staff often unfriendly and parking (for extra $ 25 we had to pay --/night) parked permanently. High point was the testimony of an employee that we could indeed stand for the time being, the car but by 2 clock in the morning must be umgeparkt (!!!!!). So in any case: San Francisco happy again, but certainly never in the Opal! PS: worst assessment not only because of the breakfast was: the bagels and toast with American standards not that bad, but not nearly justify the price for!	8
