The hotel also provide transport to-from Hanoi airport with a chargeThe hotel organized a half-day Hanoi city tour upon my request . The tour and the guide were great . Very very good stay would stay again !Very very good hotel for the price, the staff were very pleasant and the travel service located within the hotel was very useful but a little bit too noisy.	6

Fantastic staff -nothing was too much trouble. Good sized room with good facilities but no natural light and bed was very hard. Daily fruit basket a treat and excellent buffet breakfast - Western and Asian. Ongoing construction noise next door was a problem but would stay again once that building is complete especially as it will be a modern supermarket. Walking distance to Temple of Literature and not far to Mausoleum, though Old Quarter is a longish walk. Excellent $$ value for sure.	6

The Pacific Hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet, the service was good, the airport pick up was smooth and the room was really comfortable. If you are staying in the Old Quarter - this hotel is great.We recommend it 100% !	6

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff are the mauinstay of this hotel. The main reason I keep coming back since 2004. I have had cheaper, quieter,cleaner even but it is the people like Hanh(Hana), Vi, Diep, Hanh Coi, Nga, Loan and others whose names, smiling faces, escape me at the moment. What a crew.	6

Hanoi Pacific hotel was great as a home base for our vietnam travels. The location was perfect as it was surrounded by good food/shopping and happy local people. The staff were a big help and organised anything we asked including hotels in other cities. They provided us with a hot shower and room in between our travels throughout vietnam. I always use this hotel when I arrive in Hanoi, stop in the best room (30 USD per night). Frankly, this room is not too luxurious, but it is clean and tidy, with air conditioning, satellite TV, fresh fruit and free internet access. I think this is the most suitable option for someone who wants to save money.The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, they try to provide everything necessary for comfortable rest. I asked them to get tickets for the water puppet show and they did it for me. Every time when I had to taxi, they turned to a good campaign, I have not had a problem with caused by a driver.The hotel is located near the station of Hanoi, near the hotel is a few good restaurants. You can walk to the lake Hoankim, although it is a bit too far, highly recommend to go to those places if the weather is good. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the Pacific Hotel and was pretty sure that will stop here again, if the room is free.	6

Speaking of tour, the Pacific Hotel even custom-tailored one person tour designed for me to Sapa on last minute notice. I only had to spend a day in Sapa, so Mr. Nguyen Vi made a couple of calls and was able to book send me via overnight train and I was in Sapa the next morning (tickets, meals, transportation, English speaking guide, etc )..	6

This trip was the first time for me to come to Hanoi. I really does not know how they going, does not know is a good placec or not., but when I first stepped in to the Pacific Hotel. I could get to know Hanoi is a good place, because the staff is very Kind, good, really friendly. I feel like home, may be better than my own home. Fine memory with Hanoi Pacific hotel. Stay in pacific hotel is pleasant one. Comfortable room, helpful staff , reasonable price and good breakfast at buffe, it is recomendable hotel. With helpful and friendly guide, my trip to Halon bay was really impressive one. Calm and beautiful senary is a good escape from exciting but noisy Hanoi. Try and have a fun.
